OUR VISION IS FOR A PLACE IN WHICH ALL YOUNG PEOPLE CAN ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL & SUCCEED BEYOND THEIR EXPECTATIONS.

Specialist Youth Work supports those most at risk and/or vulnerable children, young people (10-19 & up to 25 for those with SEND) and families, providing educational learning, life skills and new opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential.

Youth work is about building on and providing new life learning and employment opportunities for young people aged 10-19 (25 for SEND), supporting ALL in an informal educational setting, to achieve and be successful...

There are many reasons "Why Now", the timing is ideal for a new understanding of the role youth work, alongside formal education, parents, families, and the wider communities play in the personal and social development of young people and equip them with the resources they need to ‘succeed.’ Such success we might define as, “finding a place within the community offering security, fulfilment and strong interpersonal relationships.”
